Research Methodology

In the pilot implementation we had in three schools, the sample includes 250 students at the age 10-12 who belong to the similar social-economy class and possess comparable IQ. Based on Asemaan Group policies, we focused on average students, not the risk-factor children and not the gifted and talented students.

In the summer of 2010 we revised and rewrite our research methodology. This document contains the following parts:

     1. The research purpose and appropriate research epistemology and methodology

               - Data analysis method

               - Method of controlling validity and reliability

     3. The how of evaluating ‘entertainment aspect’
               - Sample characteristics

               - Data analysis method
               - Method of controlling validity and reliability
